These are the musical ravings of a slightly deranged person reminding themselves to trust the process--after all, what good is a life without surprises? There is an unrelenting rhythm, to be sure, but the accents are off kilter, the piano in clusters, and sometimes the tenors and sopranos sing two clashing melody lines silultaneously, all at a tempo that could easily become a runaway train.
Composer: Jennifer Lucy Cook
The line between time's reality and its invention is blurry. In this new piece, the lyrics disappear and phrases take on new meaning. We lose time when we try to keep it; we spend time as we try to save it. Time insists upon eluding us; we can only notice the fact that time has been winking at us all along. This music is a way of winking back.
Composer: Jennifer Lucy Cook
The text for Alterations was written by a former junior high student of the composer. It is optimistic and hopeful and the music reflects this beautifully. It is syncopated and dance-like and full of joy.
Composer: Andrea Ramsey
The world delights as the long winter turns to spring, new beginnings, and possibilities. The music is full of rhythm and energy, and beautifully reflects this hope and the awakening of spring.

Originally commissioned by Chorus America for Unison/ 2-part choirs, the powerful and socially conscience work is now available for SATB choirs. Merging a Christina Rossetti text with words from choir students in Flint, Michigan composer Ramsey lifts up the horrific water crisis situation in Flint, Michigan. This was the personal revelation for the composer that there was something she could do to affect in a positive way the tragedy in Flint. This is also a vehicle for you and your students to positively affect this tragedy as half of the profits from the sale will go directly to Rlint Rising, a coalition of community organizations and allies. There is a QR code in the music for the audience to make a donation and the web site is also included.

Commissioned for the 2016 Eastern Division ACDA, this Christina Rossetti poem is a wonderful teaching piece. The melodic line in the opening section is constructed to evoke feelings of beauty, loss and remembrance. A middle section paints a picture of grief, reality, and the feeling of life spinning out of control. After the climax of this middle section, there is a return to a sense of calm, symbolizing that as time passes, we are able to come to terms with loss.

Blending scholarship and practicality, this performing edition of a Palestrina masterpiece can be performed a cappella. Or, employing the optional instrumental parts for strings in C, Alto and Bass clefs, and a keyboard part, it can be performed with whatever combination your situation calls for.
Arranger: Ryan Kelly | Composer: Giovanni Pierluigi da Palestrina
This thrilling new arrangement by twin brothers Matt and Adam Podd was an internet sensation shortly after we were all quarantined due to the Corona Virus. Drawing on friendships in the New York City Broadway, church and opera worlds, more than 120 world class singers and players came together to create the virtual choir and orchestra. In the final chorus, the arrangers very cleverly turn the iconic phrase How can I keep from singing? into Keep Singing. A message we all need to hear and remember during these times of isolation and at all times.
Arranger: Matt Podd
May the angels lead you into paradise. These beautiful words, sung in Latin are tenderly set in a contemporary, polyphonic style. This is a wonderful opportunity for your singers to experience the independence of polyphony with contemporary harmonies.
Composer: Justin Havard
Uneven meter with light and staccato eighth note patterns set the stage for Twinkling stars. The singers sing of a longing to know and understand the far away and vast universe while clinging to the earth. Our imaginations are ignited by the music and the text and the hope that we might someday comprehend all that is possible.
Composer: Katerina Gimon

Although primarily known as an opera composer--more than 100--Baldassare Galuppi always maintained a steady output of sacred music. In this edition, the editor maintains accuracy of pitches and durations seen in the original manuscript. Clefs are updated to modern usage in all parts. And the original figured bass has been fully realized. Singers will enjoy singing this polyphony and developing their vocal independence.
Arranger: Kevin T. Padworski | Composer: Baldassare Galuppi
