Jim Kritikos joins the Montgomery County Choral Society as the Artistic Director for the 2024/2025 performing season, bringing a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective to our community. A proud Texan and seasoned music educator, Jim has over 15 years of experience in leading award-winning choirs. He holds degrees in Choral and Band Conducting from Louisiana State University and has made significant contributions to the arts community. His career includes shaping young minds at Cedar Park High, Canyon Lake High, and Klein Oak High Schools, where he won numerous accolades, including the prestigious Tommy Tune Awards.

Jim's passion for choral music and his innovative approach to teaching have left a lasting impact on his students. He believes in the transformative power of music and strives to create an environment where every singer can excel and express themselves creatively.
