George Hernandez, voice and piano teacher, bass opera singer, choral composer and arranger and conductor. George is a published choral composer and arranger with Pavane Publishing, a division of Hal Leonard Publishing Co. One of his most popular folk song arrangements is "Rosas Pandan". It has been sung by countless choirs around the world. He continues to arrange Philippine folk songs as well as Philippine popular songs to share the Philippine cultural arts with the world community. George is also a voice and piano teacher. Many of his students have won awards and competitions in opera, Broadway, and pop categories locally as well as nationally. His students have performed professionally with companies like the San Francisco Opera, San Francisco Symphony, New York City Opera, San Francisco Lyric Opera, West Bay Opera, Bear Valley Music Festival Opera, Broadway by the Bay, The Mountain Play, touring production of "Rent", "Miss Saigon", and "Les Miserables".
