Don Barbour

Born: 1927. Died: 1961. Lived in: United States

A native of Columbus, Indiana, Barbour was a member of the vocal group The Four Freshmen. Formed in Indianapolis in 1948, their ballads include "Their Hearts Were Full Of Spring", "It Could Happen To You", "Route 66", "Day By Day", "The Day Isn't Long Enough", and "How Can I Tell Her". Barbour died in a car accident in Los Angeles at the age of 34.
