Here we have a 1997 release by the most prolific musical ministry ever. Half of the songs are written by that endless font of musical inspiration, Keith Lancaster. Duane Adams who sang with the quartet is still writing and has a couple of compositions in addition to collaborating with Keith on the slow, profound and satisfying title track, 'Act Of God.' The other members of the current band have made significant writing and arranging contributions. They are Gary Moyers, Gary Miller, Kevin Schaffer and Steve Reischl. The production is over the top! Multi-tracking and some signal processing yields a complex texture to all the songs whose tempo is definitely rock and the fullness of a large choral group to the slower songs. We believe that our secular a cappella fans should try this recording because, musically, it is a amazing piece of work.
