The King Sisters (Yvonne, Alyce, Luise, and Marilyn) sing their version of Everybody Loves Somebody Sometime on the King Family's debut television special "The Family Is King" in 1964. Great popular and critical acclaim for that initial special lead to the Family's 1965/66 ABC musical variety hour The King Family Show. The King Sisters also performed this number in their headlining concert and nightclub appearances.
The Four King Sisters sing "Route 66", from a Snader Telescription (#307) The King Sisters (Luise, Alyce, Vonnie, Marilyn), with Alvino Rey and His Orchestra.
Here's a soundie of the Four King Sisters (Vonnie, Donna, Luise and Alyce), singing "Some Days There Just Ain't No Fish". It was produced by Snader Telescriptions in 1950, and was created to be played in theaters and on soundies machines.
The Four King Sisters (from left, Alyce, Marilyn - amazingly mature and poised-looking for 14 years old! - Luise, and Yvonne, perform "Please Don't Say No" in the 1945 MGM film "Thrill of a Romance."
