Mixed Community Chorus

Based in St. Augustine, FL

The St. Augustine Community Chorus is a non profit organization that depends on the good will of audiences, advertisers and donors for the support of our musical programs. Our mixed chorus is comprised of local and regional amateur singers from the area who love good music and enjoy sharing it with audiences.

The chorus traditionally presents three concerts a year: a holiday program including portions of Handel's Messiah; a mid-season program of popular songs and show tunes; and a spring program featuring major choral works. The concerts are held at the Cathedral Basilica, Ancient City Baptist Church and Kirk Auditorium at the Florida School for the Deaf and Blind.

We encourage new chorus members of all voice parts, especially those who sing tenor and bass, to come join us! New singers are welcome throughout the year! No auditions are required! Simply come to our first scheduled rehearsal on Tuesdays at Memorial Presbyterian Church. You may indicate your interest in joining by pre-registering HERE.
