Mixed Semi-Pro Quintet from Sofia, Bulgaria

Spectrum Vocal Band is a Bulgarian a cappella group with a unique style and approach to vocal music. The group's repertoire crosses boundaries between traditional Bulgarian music, contemporary pop and jazz and features the band members' own original arrangements and compositions. Founded in 2012, Spectrum has been performing all over Bulgaria at major jazz festivals and has worked with some of the finest musicians in Bulgarian jazz and folklore. In the past few seasons Spectrum also participated in events with an educational focus, with the purpose of preserving and continuing the traditions of Bulgarian a cappella music. The five vocalists were recently featured as speakers and performers on the famous TEDx talks.
