Female Childrens Chorus

The Mississippi Girlchoir (MGC) is Mississippi's premier choral organization for girls in grades 3rd through 12th. The organization was founded in 1995 with just 17 young women and has grown to educate hundreds of choristers its 24-year history. The Mississippi Girlchoir is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.

The organization offers an annual 1) SSA Honor Choir called Treble Song with a national or international clinician; 2) travel opportunities for girls in our programs to participate in national or international choral music festivals; and 3) school-year training and honor choirs in central Mississippi.
