Female Barbershop Chorus

Based in Haywood, CA

A fusion of harmony, the ensemble was formed by the consolidation of two smaller choruses, both chapters of Sweet Adelines International. Harmony Bay Chorus, chartered in 1973, had a home in Oakland at the Lake Merritt United Methodist Church. Harmony Crossroads, chartered in 1993, was based at the Pleasanton Community Church in Pleasanton. The two groups once had occasion to sing together and, lo and behold, the blend was instantly intoxicating. We knew that together we had a sound that we wanted to hold onto.

Rehearsal Information - Meets every Monday evening (except holidays) from 7:00 - 10:00 p.m. at the Hill & Valley Club in Hayward
