Female Barbershop Chorus Based in Anaheim, California, the Harborlites Chorus was founded in 1960 as a chapter of Sweet Adelines International to encourage and promote barbershop singing for women. Harborlites : Something's Coming Based in Anaheim, California, the Harborlites Chorus was founded in 1960 and since 1993 has been under the direction of Pam Pieson, the 1990 queen of harmony of the highly regarded Panache quartet. The chorus are winners of numerous regional and international medals and this is their first ever CD recording. Plenty of great Sweet Adeline singing here with particular favorites being the Jay Giallombardo arrangement of Sondheim's "Tonight", the David Wright arrangement of Leonard Bernstein's' "Something's Coming (from West Side Story) and the entertaining opening medley of "Ain't Misbehavin'/Ain't Nobody's Bizness If I Do."
