Community Chorus

Greater New Haven Community Chorus is a non-auditioned, four part (SATB) singing organization with a membership of 100-plus voices. Our singers have very diverse background ranging from those who are highly skilled to those who have never sung in a ensemble before. GNHCC provides a very welcoming and supportive atmosphere for everyone, music literacy training and skill-building is a part of every rehearsal. In addition to our regular rehearsals and concerts, we organize many casual gatherings throughout the year which give members an opportunity to connect with each other on a social level which, in turn, helps us to 'gel' with a more blended and unified sound during our concert ... and we have fun!
