Female Community Chorus

Based in Fort Lauderdale , FL

Broward Women's Chorus, currently with 42 members, has been entertaining audiences in south Florida since 1972. It prepares new holiday and spring programs each year and performs them in public venues as well as at assisted living facilities and various organizations. It is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization funded by grants and donations.

Founded - 1972.   Ongoing Tryouts.

Directed by Birgit Djupedal Fioravante.

Audition Policy - Choral director auditions new members in order to place them in correct sections of the chorus, Soprano One or Two or Alto.

Rehearsal Information - Wednesday morning 10-12, September-May
