Voices of Hope Community Chorus History
Voices of Hope Community chorus is the successor of a chorus named Sing to Live that folded after nearly 20 years due to pandemic related issues. The chorus members were determined to keep things going for multiple reasons including love of singing the kind of music we sing, the many friendships made and the comfort it has provided to many members during difficult times. Extraordinary efforts, especially by our board allowed the new chorus to be revived in a remarkably short timeframe of 3 months. A significant number of our members have personally battled breast cancer. Our singers come from all over the greater Chicagoland area. |
