Led by artistic director Elena Sharkova, Symphony San Jose Chorale is composed of skilled volunteer singers dedicated to professional-quality performances of major choral works. From its early heritage at San Jose State University to its present affiliation as the resident chorus of Symphony San Jose and celebrating its 37nd year, the Chorale has sung a full range of the choral repertoire. Chorale performs regularly with Symphony Silicon Valley, has sung with Ballet San Jose on numerous occasions, and presents its own choral concerts in the California Theatre and around the South Bay.
