The ups and downs are a male vocal quintet specializes in a cappella jazz and swing, born in Milan in 1994. Sing "a cappella" means using only their voice, no musical instruments. Tops & Bottoms often imitate some, such as drums, bass, horns, guitars. The result is original and surprising: a mix of entertainment, music and culture. Since 1994 they have carried out an intense concert activity encouraged by local authorities, associations and institutions. Afternoons were guests of Music in Milan, the concert season of the Teatro Rossini in Pesaro, the review "Night at Villa Simonetta in Milan, the Salone della Musica in Turin, the Italian Song Festival 40's / 50's Royal Palace in Turin, Umberto Giordano Festival in Baveno (VB), the San Remo Song Festival Jazz in Sanremo, S. Tempia Academy Choir at the Conservatory of Turin, the musical marathon "Music is for All" organized by Amadeus in Room Verdi Conservatory in Milan, the Accademia Filarmonica di Messina and Bellini at the Theatre of Hannibal Framcia, Light of the Muse in Bolzano, Teatro delle Muse in Ancona, Teatro Manzoni in Pistoia, the concert season of the Teatro Rossini in Pesaro. Were invited by the Blue Note in Milan, while abroad were guests of "Voice Mania'98" and "Voice Mania 2000" in Vienna, "A Cappella Festival" in Zug (Switzerland), "Pure Voices" on katzeldorf / Leith and "Vokal Total" in Graz (Austria), the Italian Swiss Radio in Mendrisio and Locarno at the party "Dream of a night in early summer." Numerous radio and television holdings among these include "Good Vibrations" on Tele +3, "Roxy Bar" on Videomusic, "Buona Domenica" on Canale 5, "At two o'clock on RAIUNO" conducted by Paul limits; Nick The Nightfly "RadioCapital up," Kitchen "on Radio Deejay conducted by Andrea Pezzi. More than once interviewed by Radio RAI Uno and RAI Radio Tre at Voice Mania 2000 in Vienna, were guests of the Italian Swiss Radio, Radio Classics, RockFM, Radio101, Radio Monte Carlo-guests of Paul and Lester Alfonso Signorini, Lifegate Radio, the "Italian Night" by Radio RAI International and "Grammelot" and "Piazza Verdi" live on Radio Rai Tre. Fiorello sent Medley of songs from their new album in two episodes of Viva Radio Two. During the months of March and May 2006 were hosted by Maurizio Costanzo in "All Morning" on Channel 5. They gave voice to many commercial jingles and television themes as Perepepe, broadcast on RAI Due Gene Simmons, the term "Pausette" and some Christmas symbols of the cult.
