Mr. Fullington is an inactive member of the Washington State Bar. Mr. Fullington, with his colleague Manard Stewart, has reconstructed dances from Petipa's The Daughter of Pharaoh (1862/c.1905) for the Bolshoi Ballet's revival, restaged by Pierre Lacotte (2000). He has also worked with Donald Byrd/The Group to restage dances from Petipa's Sleeping Beauty and La Bayadere and has worked privately with dancers to restage excerpts from ballets choreographed by Marius Petipa from Stepanov notation. Mr. Fullington's articles on ballet and the Stepanov notations have been published in Ballet Review (New York), Dancing Times (London), Ballet Alert! and Dance View (both Washington, DC). Mr. Fullington also edits ballet music of the Imperial era based on manuscript sources in the Sergeev Collection and elsewhere. Mr. Fullington has recently been appointed by The George Balanchine Foundation as a principal researcher for the Foundation's "Popular Balanchine" project, in which the famous choreographer's Broadway and film works will be explored and possibly revived. At Pacific Northwest Ballet, Mr. Fullington was Executive Assistant to the Artistic Directors, Kent Stowell and Francia Russell from 1997 to 2000. His work included research and writing for PNB's re-designed production of Balanchine's A Midsummer Night's Dream (1997) and extensive research of music by Jerome Kern for Kent Stowell's full-length Silver Lining (1998). Mr. Fullington is the founder and Artistic Director of The Tudor Choir, a professional vocal ensemble established in 1993. He is a specialist in music of Tudor England and also early American music, both of which inform The Tudor Choir's repertoire. He conducts the choir's subscription series at St. Mark's Cathedral, Seattle, annual performances of Handel's Messiah with Seattle Baroque Orchestra and additional performances throughout the Pacific Northwest. He sings countertenor with The Tudor Choir under guest conductors and also performed with The Tallis Scholars on their December 2000 tour of the United States. Mr. Fullington also frequently conducts singers in studio sessions for film soundtracks and made-for-TV programs. The Tudor Choir has made three CD recordings, which have been featured on national radio broadcasts, and a live appearance on A Prairie Home Companion with Garrison Keillor, and several film soundtracks. The choir has performed under Paul Hillier (Hilliard Ensemble, Theatre of Voices), Andrew Parrott (Taverner Choir and Consort), Peter Phillips (The Tallis Scholars) and Stephen Cleobury (King's College, Cambridge) and also with the Mark Morris Dance Group and Pacific Northwest Ballet.
