Andres Andrade (MM, New England Conservatory, BM, University of South Florida) is currently on the faculty of Queens College. He spent five years as vocal instructor and director of the Opera Theatre at the La Guardia Arts High School and has taught privately since 1988. Current and former students performing throughout the US, Asia and Europe. Many former students have gone on to further study at New England Conservatory, Westminster Choir College, Longy School of Music, Salem State College of Drama, The American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA), and Emerson College, among others. His students have made television appearances on NBC, CBS, ABC, FOX-TV, PBS and Univision and film appearan ces in Universal and Samuel Goldwyn pictures. He is the author of the book Absolute Beginners Voice.
