Include the street address where you want the package sent.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, personal U.S. bank checks, and school Purchase Orders (we will require a "hard copy" of the P.O., though you can fax it if it is more convenient!)
If placed online we will acknowledge the receipt of your order.
We ship first-class US mail unless otherwise requested. There is a priority service for an additional fee.
The vast majority of our orders are shipped within 24 hours from
receipt. However,
backorders can occur so please be prepared for the occasional delay.
California residents only will be charged 7.25% sales tax.

Our website now features a shopping cart for convenient secure online ordering. Simply click the "Add to Cart" button () when it appears next to an item (it will be accompanied by the price, item code and format of the merchandise, be it a CD, DVD, songbook, etc). From there, the shopping cart will confirm your addition of the item to your cart and store it until you are ready to check out, at which time you may scroll to the bottom of a page and click "View Cart" to confirm the contents of your order and proceed with submitting your billing & shipping info. If you experience any difficulties with the shopping cart, please report them via email to order@singers.com, or via phone, toll-free at 1(800)SING-181.
Many thousands of customers have joined our online buyers club, which allows them to send us orders by e-mail without re-sending credit card and address information every time. However, it is not necessary to join the OBC to place an order by e-mail. Send us an e-mail to the above address and provide us with your name, mailing address, credit card information (including expiration date) and a list of titles that you wish to order. We'll do the rest. We will also send you a confirmation e-mail to indicate that your order has been received.
We check our e-mail many times a day every day we are open (Monday-Friday, 10 - 6 p.m. Pacific Time).

The Primarily A Cappella catalog is free and can be obtained by sending your street address to order@singers.com. The enclosed order form can be used directly, or photocopied, and mailed or faxed in to us
