Mixed Alzheimer Chorus

Based in Mount Vernon, NY

In partnership with Concordia Conservatory, The One Heart, One Voice Chorus shares, celebrates and remembers the joy of singing. We invite all caregivers and their loved ones with Alzheimer's or dementia to join us in this celebration of music. Each session features music, light refreshments and support for those with memory impairment and their loved ones. To continue this amazing program, we need your help!
