Diablo Women's Chorale History
The Diablo Women's Chorale (DWC) is a secular community choir with an aim to spread hope, joy, and light through music - onstage and off. DWC performs music with a focus on an inspiring and uplifting contemporary repertoire from pop, jazz, and folk idioms. While we strive for artistic excellence, we welcome singers with varying musical backgrounds and skill sets. DWC is open to women, women-identified, and non-binary or gender-fluid singers. DWC does not discriminate based on race, color, national or ethnic origin, religion, religious or cultural practices, sexual orientation, age, or physical ability. New members are welcomed in August and January each year. Rehearsals are from 7:00 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Mondays. |
