High Society

High Society sweet adelines quartet

1976 International Champions. Since their 1976 win in Cincinnati, OH, High Society has enjoyed a career including appearances all over North America, a USO Tour and three top-selling albums.

Connie Noble, tenor, is the only person in all of barbershopping to have been awarded three International first place medals (Fourth Edition 1972, High Society 1976, and Savvy 1988). A full-time master scheduler, Connie is also the Associate Director of the San Diego Chorus.

Kim Hulbert, lead, is one of only five ladies to have won at least two gold medals (High Society 1976, and Savvy 1988). In addtion to directing the San Diego Chours, Kim coaches quartets and choruses all over the world.

Sandy Shelver, baritone, in addition to winning the gold medal with High Society, and 5th place medal with California Suite, she also serves the chorus as baritone section leader. Sandy is a part-time travel agent.

Pat Vozza, bass, also won a gold medal with High Society, as well as 5th place medal with California Suite. She is a self-employed craftsman, designing and supplying decorative arrangements for the home, and serves as a coach for the San Diego Chorus.
