Miz Inez Sez is a cycle of five songs, for high soprano and piano, to the poetry of Colette Inez. Four of the songs were written in 1996 and one (The Beckoning) in 1998. The work was commission by the ensemble Sequitur. First performed April 28, 2000 at the Miller Theatre, New York City, by Hila Plitmann, soprano and David Del Tredici, piano.
