Established in Philly in the early 1990's, the four men and one woman of Perfect Blend sing a combination of classic doo-wop and soul hits. 'My World of Fantasy' has a fresh flavor, with Katrina Trowery on lead; it adapts the doo-wop backing arrangement with unexpected chords and an updated vocal style. 'Love Won't Let Me Wait' begins solo, the group joining in to punch up the hook; it's a simple but distinctive approach.
