The Managment
The members of Management are all professional music educators, with teaching credits all over New England. The quartet has gained international recognition for its annual tours of public schools, and its efforts to promote singing among young people. The quartet is active in the "HARMONY EXPLOSION" youth outreach program across the country, sponsored by SPEBSQSA.
Although they have been experiencing some professional growth, (Larry is now a computer coordinator and administrator for a school system in Bath, Maine; Chris earned his Master's degree in choral conducting from UMaine, Orono, in 1998, and is currently pursuing his PhD in Choral Conducting from Florida State University in Tallahasee; Kirk now works full time as a Music Specialist for SPEBSQSA in Kenosha, WI) the quartet plans to continue to sing, compete and accept show bids. They have sung shows all over New England and Canada, as far west as Utah and as far away as Belgium.

Barbershop quartet The Management outdid themselves on cleverness with this
one! Organized around the menu/restaurant theme, these staples of the barbershop
genre are listed as "Appetizers," "Combination Platters" (that would be a medley,
folks) and "ManagerŐs Specials" ("youŐll only find them here"), and so forth.
With arranging input from "chefsŐ Joe Liles, Walter Latzko and others, this
is a light-hearted excursion that will particularly satisfy the traditional
listener, though the ManagementŐs versions of "And So It Goes" and "Largo Al
Factotum" (by classical composer Rossini) are an entertaining change of pace.
