May of 2012 saw celebrations for the refurbishment of Rosslyn Chapel in Midlothian, Scotland, including the first performance of this piece performed by the National Youth Choir of Scotland. Set for SATB choir, organ, and harp, the text is Psalm 150 from The Scottish Psalter of 1650. Full of exuberant syncopations, the music reflects the jubilance of the Psalm. |
