Robert Young's choral writings are famous for their warm, rich voicings, suspensions and resolutions. Using the poem of one of his favorite authors, Christina Rossetti, he has created another small masterpiece. It was written for Schola Cantorum of Texas (Dr. Gary Ebensberger, Director) and performed at the Texas Music Educators Convention in February, 2000. |
