The beautiful fourteenth-century hymn Puer natus in Bethlehem has been set in Norwegian by composer Orjan Matre. Matre has used a Norwegian folk tune that makes this a very unique offering for Christmas. Improvised lute, violin, and string bass can be used to add to its charm. |
