The French tune Ah, vous dirai-je Maman has become more commonly known as Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star and other children's songs, has been set and arranged countless times by some of history's great composers including a set of 12 variations by Mozart, Beethoven's improvisations and Saint-Saens in Carnival of the Animals. Here, Francisco Nunez continues this distinguished tradition with an arrangement for the Mostly Mozart Festival of New York City. |
